A heritage of passion since 1928

In 1928, at the foot of the Cévennes mountains, a handful of passionate winegrowers joined forces to create the Cave Coopérative de Saint-Dézéry.

Their dream: to share their love of the land and wine by making quality wines together.

Since then, the Cave has continued to grow and develop. Today, we have more than 37 winegrowers who passionately cultivate around 350 hectares of vines.

Proud of our terroir, we strive to produce authentic, expressive wines that reflect the character of our region. We are committed to sustainable viticulture that respects the environment.
Plus qu’une simple cave coopérative, la Cave Saint-Dézéry est une véritable famille, une histoire d’hommes et de femmes unis par l’amour de leur métier et de leur terroir.

The man

Men and women of the land, they work hard every day to produce exceptional grapes.

Alongside them is a team of committed employees who put all their know-how into making quality wines that reflect the typical character of the region.

United by a shared passion for wine, the winegrowers and employees of the Cave de Saint-Dézéry form a true family.

The terroir

The Mediterranean art of living in your glass

The sun, the sea and the wind - three elements that define the soul of our terroir. It is in this sun-drenched climate that our wines are born.

Our vines benefit from the southern sunshine, the influence of the Mediterranean and the freshness of the Cévennes.

The resulting wines are bursting with sunshine, aromatic and with the freshness of the Cévennes.
